Here's the secret to a good ghost comedy: don't kill off your main character and make 'em a ghost. That way the pallor of death doesn't linger throughout your film.

School Spirit (1985), is, in my eyes, will also be known for its videocassette box art:

A young man dies and goes directly to the girls' locker room to creep. He isn't a ghost, per se. He's a horny spirit departed from his corpse that can turn into a physical being as well. Weird, weird movie.
